Summary: 1.8m x 2.4m: Play shapes fully integrated into thick rectangular foam filled safety matting. Secured by hook and loop (supplied) fastener under the base to make a stable platform. The mats can be fixed to each other in multiple configurations.
Comprises (with sizes): Six (6) x Rectangular play mats, four with integrated soft play shapes, each mat 600mm(w) x 1200mm(l) x 40mm. Includes:- 2 x flat mats, 1 x Raised Stepping-Stones mat, Raised Stepping-Stones each 300mm diameter with heights of 40mm, 80mm and 120mm, 1 x Balance Bump Mat, Bump dimensions 400mm (l) x 200mm (w) x 200mm (h). 1 x Tunnel Mat, Tunnel (removes): Tunnel dimensions 500mm (sq.) x 500mm(h). Tunnel inside dimensions approx. 300mm(w) x 400mm(h), 1 x Step’nSlide Soft Play Piece: 300mm (h). Size of set as shown: 1.8m x 2.4m.

Specification: Sewn with non-split seams. Wipe clean waterproof urine resistant fabrics. EN71 Sewn. Printed fabrics are 100% warm to touch polyester, fire retardant, non-toxic, latex and phthalate free. Foam filling is fire retardant and CFC free. Fire specification: BS7176 Contract Furnishing (Low Risk) cigarette and match. Store indoors in dry conditions. Remove shoes before use.
Care and use: Suitable for temporary/occasional use outdoors on non abrasive safe surfaces in dry conditions. Store indoors in dry conditions.
Other general use and care guidance: “eco-Play” dyed printed waterproof polyester coated fabrics don’t look or feel like they are wipe clean & waterproof but they are! The matt finish is comfortable, inviting and warm to the touch. Being fire retardant, latex free, phthalate free, urine and abrasion resistant means that this fabric is practical as well as kind to skin. All print image designs are permanently print dyed into the fabric with non-toxic inks. The colours will remain bright through the years and the fabric remains friendly to skin.
Washing and Disinfection: (all surfaces): Cleaning a whole piece: Do not immerse in water. Leave filling in place. Clean outer cover with water and washing up liquid and a dish cloth. Rub vigorously on ground in dirt. Towel Dry. Spot cleaning: Customer comment: “in practice we found that supermarket brand baby wipes work really well on small areas of dirt and grease”. Disinfection in situ: may be carried out with hand hot water and a neutral detergent or with a sodium hypochlorite solution (0.1% or 1000 parts per million available chlorine). Proprietary disinfectants may be used provided manufacturer’s instructions are followed. All cleaning agents and disinfectants, must be thoroughly rinsed off and the item dried before use or storage. Failure to do this may result in the accumulation of reagent that could damage the waterproof coating, or negate the biocompatibility results of the “eco-Play” fabric. Drying: Air or towel dry after all cleaning procedures and before use and storage.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry area. Avoid excessive pressure and contact with non-colourfast materials
Inspect equipment before and after play to ensure good condition, hygiene and no excessive wear (expect normal extra wear on the corners).
